Nappa Cabbage
A tender, juicy Chinese cabbage with pale green leaves and a mild, slightly sweet flavor. Great raw or cooked!
Pro Tip: Salt it first when making slaws or kimchi — it draws out moisture and boosts texture + flavor.
How to Use It:
- Stir-fry, steam, or add to soups
- Use raw in slaws or wraps
- Essential for making kimchi
