1. Ginseng Poached Pears
A warm, elegant treat where Korean ginseng tea becomes a fragrant syrup. Lightly sweet and ultra-soothing.
🛒 Ingredients:
2 firm ripe pears, peeled & halved
2 packets Korean ginseng tea (or 2 tbsp concentrate)
2 cups water
2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
1 cinnamon stick
Optional: ginger slices or lemon zest
Yogurt or ice cream for serving (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine water, ginseng tea, honey, cinnamon, and any optional add-ins. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add pear halves and cook 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until tender.
Remove pears and simmer the liquid until slightly syrupy.
Serve warm or chilled, spooning syrup on top. Add yogurt or ice cream if desired.

2. Ginseng Honey Glazed Wings
These wings are sweet, savory, and ginseng-powered—perfect for sharing or hoarding all to yourself.
🛒 Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp Korean ginseng tea (liquid or 2 packets)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Sesame seeds & scallions for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions:
Mix ginseng tea, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger into a marinade.
Toss wings in the marinade. Let sit 30 min (or overnight).
Bake at 400°F for 25 min, flip, then cook 20 more min until browned and sticky.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds & scallions before serving.
