Pocky
A popular Japanese snack featuring thin, crunchy biscuit sticks coated in chocolate or other sweet flavors.
Fun Fact: Pocky was first sold in 1966 and got its name from the “pokkin” sound it makes when you bite it!

1. Pocky Strawberry Cheesecake Cups
A no-bake, individual dessert where Pocky becomes part of the crust and the garnish. Fun to assemble, super cute to serve.
🛒 Ingredients:
1 box Strawberry Pocky (or your fave flavor)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (optional, for layering)
Fresh strawberries for topping
Small glasses or ramekins
👩🍳 Instructions:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Crush a few Pocky sticks and mix with graham cracker crumbs if using.
Layer the bottom of each glass with crushed Pocky, then add a big spoonful of cheesecake filling.
Chill 30+ minutes, then top with a whole Pocky stick and sliced strawberries before serving.

2. Pocky Milkshake (Chocolate Overload Edition)
Pocky as a topping and a mix-in — this one’s pure indulgence. Great for birthdays or movie nights.
🛒 Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup milk (or more to thin)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4–5 Chocolate Pocky sticks (plus extras for garnish)
Whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Blend ice cream, milk, vanilla, and 3–4 broken Pocky sticks until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass, top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, sprinkles.
Garnish with whole Pocky sticks sticking out like edible straws.
